Celsum Health, LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: September 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Celsum Health, LLC ("Celsum Health," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our website and our mobile applications, including Pregnancy BP Companion and Pregnancy Glucose Companion (collectively, the "Apps"). It applies to versions of the Apps distributed through Apple and Google Play.

Important: The Apps are health tracking and educational tools. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical care. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek emergency care immediately.

1. Information You May Enter Into the Apps

Depending on the App and the features you choose to use, you may enter health-related and other information such as:

2. How App Information Is Stored and Used

The Apps are designed primarily as personal tracking tools. Information you enter is used to provide the features you request, such as displaying logs and trends, generating reminders, organizing health information, and creating reports.

Health information you enter into the Apps is designed to remain on your device unless you take an action that causes it to leave your device, such as exporting, sharing, printing, backing up, or otherwise transmitting a report or information using features or services available on your device. Celsum Health does not require a Celsum Health user account to use the current versions of these Apps and does not operate a cloud health-record service for the information you enter into them.

When you choose to export or share information, the destination you select (for example, email, messaging, cloud storage, printing, or another app) may process that information under its own privacy practices. You are responsible for choosing an appropriate and secure sharing method.

3. Notifications and Device Permissions

If you enable reminders or notifications, the Apps may request permission from your device operating system to send local notifications. Notification content may be visible on your lock screen depending on your device settings. You can change notification permissions in your device settings.

The Apps may request only those device permissions needed for features you choose to use. Your operating system controls those permissions, and you can review or revoke them in your device settings.

4. Website and Technical Information

When you visit our website, our website hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical information that is ordinarily generated when a website is accessed, such as IP address, browser or device type, request information, and security or diagnostic logs. This information may be used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the website.

We do not use the Apps to sell your personal information or health information, and we do not use health information you enter into the Apps for targeted advertising.

5. Reports, Exports, and Sharing

The Apps may allow you to create a report or other export for your own records or to share with a healthcare professional or another person you choose. Celsum Health does not control the recipient, transmission method, or third-party service you select. Review the report and recipient carefully before sharing health information.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Because information entered into the Apps is designed to be stored locally on your device, it generally remains there until you delete it, use an in-app reset or deletion function, uninstall the App, or otherwise remove the information through your device. Uninstalling an App or resetting a device may permanently remove locally stored information. If you have separately exported or backed up information, deleting it from the App will not delete copies held elsewhere.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to design our products with privacy and security in mind and to minimize unnecessary collection of personal information. No device, software, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use appropriate device security measures, such as a device passcode and current operating-system updates.

8. Healthcare Providers, HIPAA, and Medical Records

The Apps are consumer health tracking and educational tools and are not intended to create a physician-patient relationship with Celsum Health. Information entered into the Apps does not become part of a healthcare professional's medical record merely because it is stored in an App. If you share information with a healthcare professional, that professional's handling of the information may be governed by different privacy laws, policies, and record-retention requirements.

Celsum Health does not represent that use of the Apps by itself creates a HIPAA-covered relationship between you and Celsum Health.

9. Children's Privacy

The Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly design them to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to Celsum Health, please contact us.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Services

The Apps may be distributed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those platforms may independently collect information about downloads, purchases, device compatibility, diagnostics, or account activity according to their own privacy policies. Celsum Health does not control information collected independently by those platforms.

11. Legal Requirements and Business Operations

If Celsum Health receives information directly from you, such as an email or support request, we may use and retain it as reasonably necessary to respond, provide support, protect our rights and users, comply with applicable law, or maintain appropriate business records. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our products, practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Apps or other appropriate means when required.
